Account Suspended

If you see the "Account Suspended" message when trying to visit a website hosted by The Tech Lounge, it means that we have placed the account and its associated services on hold.

We may do this for several reasons, the most common are;

  1. There are account fees outstanding;
  2. We have identified a problem with the content of your website;
  3. Your account has been used to send large quantities of spam or other unsolicited emails;

We suggest you log in to your account to ensure there are no outstanding invoices. 

Once you are happy there are no unpaid invoices; please contact us by opening Opening A Support Ticket or by giving us a call on 01256 636214.
