How to log a support call with The Tech Lounge

At The Tech Lounge it's important to us that we are easy to contact, especially when you have a problem. We have therefore provided as many ways as possible for you to open a support call with us.

To log a support call by phone simply call us on 01256 636214 between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday-Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).

By Email

To log a support call by email simple email

Via our web site

To log a support call via our The Tech Lounge web site select "Support" from the menu at the top, followed by "Open Support Ticket".

Via Twitter

To log a support call via Twitter send a Direct message to @TheTechLounge.

Via Facebook

To log a support call via Facebook use the send message option from The Tech Lounge Facebook page.
